Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • For custom or large-volume orders, processing may take longer. You will be informed about any such delays at the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 7 Pm will be processed for the day after, Orders placed weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Local Delivery: Available for nearby locations within 24 hours

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and chosen delivery method, order value less than AED 150/- will be charged 50 as delivery charge
  • For bulk or wholesale orders, special shipping rates may apply. Contact us for customized shipping options.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

  • As we deal with perishable goods, all items requiring refrigeration are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness and comply with food safety standards.
  • Products are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs or gel packs, depending on the product.
  • Expedited shipping is mandatory for perishable items to minimize transit time and ensure quality upon arrival.

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery person contact information.
  • For deliveries, estimated delivery times will be provided.

Temperature-Controlled Shipments

All perishable items are shipped with appropriate temperature controls to maintain their freshness. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver domestically across the UAE and internationally to selected countries. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout for available destinations.
  • Certain regions may have restrictions due to customs regulations or logistical limitations.

Delivery Issues

  • If there is a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours, providing photos of the damaged goods. We will work to resolve the issue, offering replacements or refunds as necessary.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the product or damage during shipping. In such cases:

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We may offer refunds, replacements, or store credit depending on the issue.
