Our Refund Guidelines

We’re committed to your satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures a hassle-free process for returning products and receiving refunds.

At Italfood FZ LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of many of our food items, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Please review our policy carefully.

Perishable Products

Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for perishable items such as cheese and other dairy products unless there is an issue with the product itself, including:

The product arrives damaged or spoiled.
You receive an incorrect or different item from what was ordered.
If any of these issues occur, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items, we may accept returns or exchanges within one (1) day of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any problems with your order, such as:

  • Damaged Packaging
  • Spoiled or Expired Products
  • Incorrect Items


Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be required to provide:

  • Order Number: Your unique order identification number.
  • Photos: Images of the damaged or incorrect products.
  • Description: A detailed explanation of the issue.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

Replacements

In cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products will be shipped out at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged during shipping). If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will cover any additional shipping costs incurred.

Temperature-Controlled Shipments

All perishable items are shipped with appropriate temperature controls to maintain their freshness. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
