The event was sponsored by Italfood, the leading fresh cheese producer, which combined the expertise of the old generation represented by “Ciro Romano” with the vitality of the new generation represented by “Tarek Bkirat” and “Akkar Jamal”, to provide an experience that balances heritage and innovation.
